Respecting the privacy of our clients is the policy of the Somalia International Financial Centre. This Privacy Statement deals with the SIFC policies concerning gathering, use and dissemination of the information about our clients, that we collect on our web site. Any and all information about you received by means of your using this web site will be treated by the SIFC with utmost care and confidentiality.
In general, we do not collect personally identifiable data unless such data is specially provided by the client on voluntary basis. Such data include the client’s name, address, phone number, e-mail address or payment information and may be obtained from the client when subscribing to certain services that SIFC offers or filling out forms available through this web site or contacting the SIFC web site in any other way. Our clients should be aware that usage of such information is restricted by the purpose for which it was collected only. In case we wish to use the information for any other purpose or share it with any other third party, the client’s consent should be previously obtained.
Personally identifiable information is stored in encrypted form in electronic databases and/or log files. According to our security protocols access to this information is restricted to a select group of persons.
